Vince arrived in camp a couple weeks into the rifle season. We were able to get out hunting the first evening he arrived on the ranch. That evening w managed to get within about 10 yards of a mature bull elk but he had several broken tines so we passed on him. The next morning we were in the elk right away. A very large herd was trailing up the draw below us. The cows were talking and the bulls were bugling like crazy. Due to the trees and terrain Vince was not able to get a shot. We followed the elk into their bedding area and Vince made a great shot. We estimated this bull to score around 330". A very nice Wyoming bull elk.
